Country Weekly - February 19, 2002

Donald Gorske of Wisconsin ... Stu Cohen of Maryland ... the Dixie Chicks.  Each has done something so amazing it ended up in Guinness World Records 2002.  Donald consumed 17,5000 Big Macs, Stu accomplished 2,911 figure eights with a kite in one hour and the Chicks are in the book by having the all-time best-selling country album by a group (Wide Open Spaces)!

Lead singer Natalie Maines declares she and bandmates Emily Robison and Martie Maguire are thrilled about the accomplishment, but notes, "When I read all the outrageous things people have done to make it into the book, I feel guilty that we did it by selling records."  Natalie also makes sure to point out who deserves the credit, adding, "No one else had 11 million people help them like we did."
