Babies, babies, babies ... all over the Lone Star State.  Congratulations to amazing Texas songbird Kelly Willis and her way-cool hubby, singer/songwriter Bruce Robison (he penned Tim McGraw's hit "Angry All The Time") - they're expecting twin in April.  That means Emily Robison, the Dixie Chick who also lives in Texas and who's married to Bruce's brother, Charlie, will soon be an aunt (or is that a double aunt?).  Kelly and Bruce already have a 21-month-old son, Deryl Otis.  "Bruce and I are thrilled that we're about to be outnumbered by children," Kelly gushes.  "We couldn't be happier."  And, of course, soon-to-be Aunt Emily is a soon-to-be mom herself - her son, Charles Augustus, is due this month.  I figure there's gotta be somethin' in that Texas water.
