The Dixie Chicks' are coming "home" to NBC - the "peacock" network - for their prime-time TV special, Home - In Concert, Dec. 10. The special features the trio performing songs from their latest album, Home, as well as hits from their debut CD, Wide Open Spaces, and Fly, their multiplatinum second album. It was taped during a sold-out two-night concert at Los Angeles' Kodak Theater Aug. 15 and 16, and was produced and directed by Joel Gallen, who produced and directed the Chicks' debut television special, Dixie Chicks: On The Fly, which aired in November 2000 on NBC.
